Introduction to Infosec IQ Legacy Reporting

Note: Infosec IQ Legacy Reporting will be deprecated in favor of My Dashboards.

You’ll need data to demonstrate you are running an effective security awareness program. The information gained through Infosec IQ will enable you to provide insights into where to focus your training efforts, communicating results to other stakeholders, allow for the creation of incentive and remediation plans and ensure training compliance.

At nearly every step of the way a learner’s activity and progress can be tracked through the platform and is visible to administrators. Below is a guide to the different areas of Infosec IQ where reportable information can be gathered and used to help make informed decisions.

Campaign Detail Reporting

Admins can gain quick insight about learners and events directly from the AwareEd and PhishSim campaign screens. Campaign Details are located in the PhishSim and AwareEd campaign section and are associated with the settings are the progress of each campaign. This is best used by the admin to review when they are in the campaign and need a quick view of the results.

PhishSim Campaign Details

Viewing this information will show you the percent of learners that have opened or have been phished by a PhishSim email. This will also show you which templates and learners were included in each campaign and run.

AwareEd Campaign Details

Viewing this information will show the overall training progress percent, as well as each learner’s progress. Notification cadences can be edited here and manual reminders can be sent.

Reports

Summary Reports are great for communicating results to stakeholders and managers. Automatic reports can be configured to send weekly to those invested in the progress of a PhishSim of AwareEd campaign.

Run Status/Run Events Reports communicate detailed data about PhishSim and AwareEd campaign to managers or stakeholders. These can also be configured to send weekly to admins or Report Recipients.

Some Examples:

  • AwareEd Progress - Trying to get managers more invested in their team’s training progress? You can set up a manager as a Report Recipient and get them a weekly report showing which learners have taken their training and which need some extra encouragement.
  • PhishSim Results - Are stakeholders interested in which areas are more vulnerable to phishing attacks? A weekly report can show them the results of each PhishSim campaign.

Dashboard Reporting

Core Behavior Compliance

The compliance widget measures training completion rates for core security behaviors. This allows you to monitor your organization’s overall compliance score and download reports for key stakeholders or auditors.

Data Browser Reports

Note: Acess to Data Browser Reports is only available at the Enterprise plan level.

Data browser reports are the solution to any specific or robust reporting and data exporting needs. Any information within the platform about a learner or event can be pulled into a single report and then exported as a csv file for further filtering and analysis. This will export raw data and can often require some additional manipulation to gain the desired insights and build charts.
